Rabbi Irhamhuma – Dua for Parents

رَبِّ ارْحَمْهُمَا كَمَا رَبَّيَانِي صَغِيرًا

Transliteration: Rabbir hamhuma kama rabbayani saghira.

English: My Lord, have mercy upon them as they raised me when I was small.

اردو: اے میرے رب! ان دونوں پر رحم فرما، جس طرح انہوں نے بچپن میں میری پرورش کی۔

Dua for Forgiveness of Parents

رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيَّ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْحِسَابُ

Transliteration: Rabbanaghfir li wa liwalidayya wa lil-mu’minina yawma yaqumul-hisab.

English: Our Lord, forgive me, my parents, and the believers on the Day the judgment is established.

اردو: اے ہمارے رب! مجھے، میرے والدین کو اور تمام مومنوں کو اس دن بخش دے جب حساب قائم ہوگا۔

Dua for Mother and Father

You can make sincere dua for your parents in addition to these Quranic supplications. Ask Allah to give them mercy, guidance, wellbeing and forgiveness, according to what is appropriate for their circumstances.
